Terms & Conditions

Credit Policy
Customers will be billed 4 weeks in advance for paper delivery. Accounts will be sent out on a 4 week cycle and must be paid within 7 days. If an account is not paid within 30 days, a computer generated block will apply and automatically stop delivery. Paper delivery will only be restarted once the account balance is paid.

Non-arrivals
If your paper has not been delivered by 7.00am weekdays or by 8.00am weekends, call us before 9.30 and we will deliver it to you. No credit for paper non-delivery will apply if we are not contacted on the day.

Delivery Stops
Please notify us if you plan to go away, as we can start and stop your paper delivery, this service is also available through out website.
